Sunday, December 13th, 2009 Barry has provided this update on his travels in December.
Ahhhhh a peaceful ship at sea. Did they get separate rooms before flying out? doesn't matter. Gail and I have been exploring forts, volcanos, and snorkeling the submurged ruins here on Statia. Very inexpensive, friendly and slow moving island. No Shopping. Yea. We sail without really talking, eat the same, drink the same (very lightly), think the same, communicate the same, and just keeps getting more parallel. Nice to have a reason to she every day. We have been catching fresh water and doing laundry like kids. She has never done laundry aboard before. You and Sharon have trained me to be well prepared to cruise aboard and bring a wealth of experience (skills). Thanks so very much. I'm still concerned about the sail from St Marteen to VI. We can make the decision after we arrive. I don't want to leave you in shorthanded. Gail is off getting a massage while I'm charging everything we have on shore. We will be attending Strictly Sail in Chicago. I expect to be working with her on her live aboard training sales. We already have two couples ready to book. After the show we will be going to the Great Lakes Single Handing Association banquet somewhere around Detroit and then working our way back to Gaiamar for Feb and March. Yes Life Is Good. Miracle on 32nd island for Christmas. Soon, Barry
